Invoice List

The invoice list provides a comprehensive view of all your billing documents. You can easily track each invoice’s status, amount, and client information at a glance.

Before exploring the main features, it’s helpful to understand how invoices progress through different statuses in the system. This will help you better manage your billing workflow and understand what actions are available at each stage.

  • Draft: The invoice is being prepared and can be modified
  • Final: The invoice is locked and ready to be sent to the client
  • Sent: The invoice has been shared with the client
  • Paid: Payment has been recorded for this invoice
  • Partial: Partial payment has been received
  • Overdue: The invoice is past its due date

Our invoice management system helps you keep track of your business finances with ease. The main screen displays all your invoices with their status (Sent, Paid, Finalized), allowing you to quickly identify which require attention.

Each invoice shows important information including:

  • Invoice number (e.g., FA/2025/002)
  • Client name
  • Service description
  • Total amount
  • Current status

For each invoice, you can access various options by clicking on the “Actions” button:

  • Modify - Update invoice details as needed
  • View - Open the invoice to review its contents
  • Duplicate - Create a copy of an existing invoice
  • Add a payment - Record full or partial payments
  • Send via email - Deliver the invoice directly to your client
Invoice List Actions

To add a new invoice to your list, you can either:

  • Click the “New invoice” button in the top-right corner
  • Convert an existing quotation to an invoice

The system will guide you through the creation process, and your new invoice will appear in the list once completed.
