Edit Product
On this page, you can create new products or modify existing ones in your catalog. Whether you’re adding a new service or updating prices, all product management happens here.
Required information
Section titled “Required information”When creating or editing a product, you’ll need to provide:
- Product name - Clear, identifiable name for the item or service
- Description - Detailed description of what you’re offering
- Price before tax (HT) - Base price without tax
- Tax category (if enabled in company settings) - Applicable tax rate
Creating a new product
Section titled “Creating a new product”- Fill in all required fields in the form:
- Product name
- Description
- Price before tax
- Select appropriate tax category if applicable
- Review the automatically calculated price including tax (TTC)
- Click Save to add the product to your catalog
Modifying a product
Section titled “Modifying a product”When editing an existing product:
- All current product information will be pre-filled in the form
- Update any fields that need to be changed
- Click Save to confirm your modifications
Any changes you make will be immediately reflected in your product catalog and will apply to new invoices. Existing invoices will not be affected by these changes.
Note: Make sure to verify all information before saving, especially prices and tax categories, as these directly impact your invoicing.
