Directory Listing
This page lets you manage your firm’s public listing shown on the einvoice.ma directory (comptables.einvoice.ma). You set your contact details, specialties and opening hours, and you can opt in to receive quote requests straight from the directory.
Open your public listing
Section titled “Open your public listing”The View public profile link (top-right) opens your listing as visitors see it, in a new tab. It only appears once your listing has been saved.
Editable fields
Section titled “Editable fields”The form is organised into sections:
- Description : introduce your firm, your specialties and the services you offer
- Specialties : up to 5 areas of expertise picked from the available list
- Contact : contact email, mobile and landline
- Address : street, postal code and city (the city is locked after creation to preserve SEO)
- Opening hours : time ranges per weekday (6 am to 11 pm, 30-minute slots)
- Photos : firm photo and exterior view (image file, 2 MB max, 2048 px max)
- Links : website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
Name and city are locked after the listing is first created so your directory ranking stays stable.
Accept quote requests from the directory
Section titled “Accept quote requests from the directory”At the bottom of the form, the Accept quote requests from the directory checkbox turns on a “Request a quote” button on your public listing. Visitors can then contact you through the directory without creating an account.
When is the toggle available?
Section titled “When is the toggle available?”- Your listing must be claimed. Until your firm is linked to a verified account, the checkbox stays disabled and a hint reminds you that claiming the listing is a prerequisite.
- Once the listing is claimed, tick the box and click Save to start receiving requests.
What happens once it’s on
Section titled “What happens once it’s on”- A Request a quote button appears on your public listing.
- Visitors fill in a short form (name, email, optional phone, message) on einvoice.ma.
- You get every request by email (with the visitor address set as Reply-To) and in the new Quote requests page under the Directory section.
- To deter abuse, the same visitor is limited to 5 requests per hour.
Turning it back off
Section titled “Turning it back off”Untick the box and save. The Request a quote button disappears from your public listing right away. Requests already received stay available in the Quote requests page.
Saving your changes
Section titled “Saving your changes”Click Save to apply your updates. A confirmation message is shown. If something fails (photo too large, dimensions too big, etc.), the error message tells you what went wrong.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Write a clear description that highlights your positioning and the languages you work in
- Pick the specialties that best describe your firm — they drive search filters in the directory
- Add a professional photo: it noticeably increases click-through on your listing
- Only turn on quote requests if you can reply to prospects within a reasonable delay
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The “Accept quote requests” checkbox is greyed out
Your listing is not claimed yet. Complete the claim procedure (proof of firm ownership) then come back to this page.
I can’t see the “View public profile” link

I’m getting too many requests
