Document Settings

Customize your business documents (invoices, quotations) according to your needs and brand identity.

  • Variables: {YEAR} (year), {NUMBER} (sequential number)
  • Examples:
    • Quotations: QUO{YEAR}-{NUMBER}QUO2025-0001
    • Invoices: INV-{YEAR}-{NUMBER}INV-2025-0001
  • Padding: Use 4 digits for professional format (0001, 0002…)
  • Header notes: Welcome messages, customer contact
  • General terms: Payment conditions, terms of sale
  • Footer notes: Legal mentions, complete contact details
  • Shipping address: Enable if you physically deliver
  • Multi-currency: Select different currencies per document
  • Custom branding: Remove E-invoice logo
  • Client portal: Dedicated access for consultation and payments
  1. Access: Company menu > Settings > Documents
  2. Define: Numbering formats and padding
  3. Customize: Header notes, terms, footer
  4. Enable: Display options and Pro features
  • Consistency: Same format throughout the year
  • Prefixes: Differentiate quotations (QUO-) and invoices (INV-)
  • Conciseness: Short and professional texts
  • Legal mentions: Include all mandatory information
