My Subscription
The subscription page displays your subscription history and allows you to manage your plan. If you are not yet subscribed, a dialog opens automatically to present the available offers.
Premium Features
Section titled “Premium Features”Premium Feature - The following advanced features require a Pro or Premium subscription.
By upgrading to a paid plan, you unlock:
- AI expense scanning - Scan your receipts and let AI extract the information automatically
- Bank reconciliation - Import your bank statements and reconcile them with your invoices
- Recurring invoices - Set up automatic recurrence for your invoices
- Client portal - Allow your clients to view and pay their invoices online
- Advanced management - Remove the E-Invoice logo, multi-currency, multi-language support
How to Subscribe
Section titled “How to Subscribe”- Access the subscription page - The subscription dialog opens automatically if you have no active subscription
- Choose your plan - Select the plan that fits your needs
- Accept the terms - Read and accept the general terms and conditions
- Card payment - Pay by credit card through our secure payment partner CMI
- Immediate activation - Your subscription is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed
Subscription Dashboard
Section titled “Subscription Dashboard”The table displays your subscriptions with the following information:
- Plan - The name of the subscribed plan (Pro, Premium, etc.)
- Price (incl. tax) - The amount paid for this subscription
- Start date - The subscription start date
- Status - The current subscription status
Subscription Statuses
Section titled “Subscription Statuses”- Active - Your subscription is running, all premium features are available
- Pending - Payment has been initiated but not yet confirmed
- Expired - The subscription has reached its end date, renewal is required
- Cancelled - The subscription has been cancelled
Available Actions
Section titled “Available Actions”Available actions depend on the subscription status:

Tip: If your payment was interrupted, the “Continue payment” action redirects you directly to the CMI payment page to complete the transaction without starting over.
