Product Management
The Product Management page allows you to track all your items or services. Whether you’re billing for digital services, physical goods, or consulting hours, this section gives you a clear view of your catalog.
Displayed Information
Section titled “Displayed Information”For each product, you can see:
- Product or service name
- Detailed description
- Price before tax (HT)
- Tax category (if enabled)
- Price including tax (TTC)
Available Actions
Section titled “Available Actions”For each product, you have the following options:
- Edit - Update product information (pencil icon)
- Search - Use the search bar to quickly find your products
Managing Products
Section titled “Managing Products”To create a new product, click the New Product button. To modify an existing one, click the Edit icon next to the product. Details about adding and editing products can be found on the Product Edit Page.
Product Import
Section titled “Product Import”To facilitate catalog management, you can bulk import your products:
- Click Import at the top of the page
- Select your CSV file
- Map your file columns to corresponding fields
- Review data in the preview
- Validate the import
Import Format
Section titled “Import Format”- Accepted format: CSV
- Required fields:
- Name
- Description
- Price
Note: Tax categories will only appear if they are configured in your company settings.
