Edit Quotation
Modify your quotation information using the form below. You can:
- Update client details
- Add or remove items
- Adjust prices and quantities
- Edit terms and conditions
- Change payment details
Form Sections
Section titled “Form Sections”Client Information
Section titled “Client Information”- Company name
- Contact person
- Billing address
- Email address
- Description
- Quantity
- Unit price
- Tax rate
- Subtotal
Custom Items (No Product Required)
Section titled “Custom Items (No Product Required)”You can add line items without selecting a product:
- Click “Add Line” to create a new row
- Select “Custom item (no product)” from the dropdown
- Fill in: Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Tax Category
- Totals calculate automatically

- Notes
Save Changes
Section titled “Save Changes”Click “Save” to update your quotation or “Cancel” to discard changes. Preview the updated quotation in PDF format before finalizing.
