Extractions in Progress

This page shows scanned expenses that are still awaiting processing or validation. These are extractions you submitted in a previous session that have not yet been finalized.
Displayed statuses
Section titled “Displayed statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | AI is still analyzing the document |
| Processed | Extraction is complete — waiting for your validation |
| Failed | AI could not read the document |
| Rejected | The expense was rejected in a previous session |
Available actions
Section titled “Available actions”- Validate — confirms the extracted data and creates the final expense (status Final)
- Reject — discards the extraction (status Rejected)
- Edit — opens the form to correct data before validating
- Expenses with status Processed are ready to validate — check the amounts and supplier before confirming.
- For Failed items, reject the expense and recreate it manually from the expenses list.
- Once all expenses are validated or rejected, return to the expenses list to manage them.
