Bank reconciliation allows you to match imported bank transactions to your invoices. The system automatically suggests matches based on amounts and descriptions.

For each transaction, select the matching invoice and click Confirm. If the transaction has no matching rule yet, a form will offer to create one to automate similar reconciliations in the future.

Select multiple transactions using the checkboxes, then click Confirm Selected. For transactions without an existing rule, a dialog opens to create matching rules or skip this step.

Rules automatically recognize future similar transactions using keywords. You can link a rule to a specific client for fully automatic reconciliation. Click Manage rules in the page header to view, create, edit, activate/deactivate, or delete all your rules (credit and debit).

For applicable countries (e.g. Morocco), the system automatically detects transactions with withholding tax and displays the applied rate.

Your bank credits dirhams. The bank converts the customer transfer at its own rate. einvoice compares this amount with the invoice balance, converted at the rate of the day. The card shows the Exchange difference. By default, the invoice is paid in proportion to the amount received: it stays partially paid. If the difference is less than 10%, select Accept the exchange difference and settle in full to fully pay the invoice. The payment keeps the dirham amount that you actually received. Your accountant records the difference in a miscellaneous journal entry. At 10% or more, the checkbox does not show: the invoice cannot be fully paid.
